We all know betamax can’t be trusted anymore with there without notice tariff changes.
So here goes the list.
1)Raketu.com Offers 1000 to 1500 free mins for a fixed rental. Charges extra for sip usage. Looks transparent to me. Not tried yet. If you have any review then leave a comment.
2)Pennytel.com Offers option of per second or per call(to selected destinations) billing. Quite Reliable … I am using them for past six months. Australia based so European customers may face a bit lag(test before buying credits).
